Mission
One AI-native plane for the work that matters.
Enterprise portfolios fail in the gaps between systems — between the work happening in Jira and the budget tracked in the GL, between the AI draft and the human decision, between the executive view and the team's reality. IntelliPPM closes those gaps. Portfolio, project, resource, financial, and governance work meet on one canonical event bus, governed by a hybrid AI plane where every recommendation is explainable, auditable, and human-gated by default.
Founder story
Built solo. Scaling with the design partners who need it most.
IntelliPPM is the trade name of 15769755 Canada Inc., a federal Canadian numbered company. The platform is solo-tracking pre-PMF — every line of code, every architectural decision, every AI prompt is shipped by the founder against a vertical-slice plan that won't compromise on the ten foundational invariants (tenant isolation, event-driven state, cost attribution, schema governance, AI HITL by default — the full list lives in the public design docs).
The wedge is AI-native PPM. Planview, Clarity, Smartsheet, and Asana-Enterprise built their cores in an era before LLMs, before explainability requirements, before the assumption that a portfolio decision could be drafted by a model. IntelliPPM starts from the opposite axiom: AI is a first-class actor in the platform, with the same audit trail, the same governance, and the same provenance any human approver carries.
The first design partners are joining now. If you run a portfolio that lives across Microsoft Project, Jira, an ERP general ledger, and twenty spreadsheets — the form on the pricing page reaches the founder directly.
